USC loses to Washington = Carroll's offense "figured out"

Just wanted to point out the "double standard" that CPJ faces everytime our team hits the field. Although the triple option brings in a lot of PR for our football team thus creating additional exposure for the overall program....He constantly is subjected to the "gotcha" of being "figured out" and coaching a "high school" offensive scheme....

ON the other hand Carroll's USC Trojans can, and do regularly lose, to a unranked or sub-par team and the sports reporters don't accuse him of "being figured out" or even subject him to the same level of "defend your scheme" & "defend your resume" type questions they ask CPJ.....Suppose USC fans should all be railing Carroll and asking him to resign b/c of poor performances against "lesser known" football teams on a regular basis b/c it's losses like this that can keep a team out of the NC.

I also wanted to post this article because it supports the arguement that any team at any time can come out & be out performed by the other team. Thus leading to a unexpected loss!...ANYONE @ ANYTIME...Each and every game the team who is most focused, motivated, and willing to give 110% will most likely excell.

So let's stay motivated & supportive of all the players & coaches who wear GT on their helments or across their chest...Let's build 'em up & do a little less tearing them down as a team or as individual players or coaches....We win or lose together as a team and as a program we strive to correct the mistakes & move one step closer towards our goals for the season. As CPJ says "Good teams don't lose twice! (back to back)"

Hey, you should tell Heather Dinnich this? Definitely send her an email or go into her chat this week so the bitch can stop saying the offense has been figured out.

I think he should definitely not, unless he wants to make GT fans sound even more petty than we are. When Paul Johnson wins 7 straight ACC titles, has 7 straight 10+ win seasons, goes 6-1 in BCS bowl games, and wins 2 national titles, then I think we will be able to withstand random losses without people criticizing us. So far, by my count, we've won no conference titles, haven't had a double digit win season, and haven't been to a BCS bowl game, so I think there's a reason for the double standard.
