that is only down 1.5 .....
when you look at the other spreads 1.5 really is not a BIG swing. I think it probably has more to do with the weather. If it rains then a 4 pt cushion looks pretty strong and possibly a value bet.
I would not be surprised to see it go back up to 4.5 by kickoff.
