VT’s offense will move the ball more or less at will against our “defense” just like everyone else does. It’s just a matter if the office can score enough points and not turn the ball over a bunch of times. If we have a lot of turnovers, we’re going to lose. I have no confidence defense can make a stop against a P5 program—any program.

if I were Collins I would try to get VanGorder. He’s been just about everywhere in college football except here. He’s got to have that on his bucket list by now. And he’s a heck of a lot better than what we have.

Are you sure?

I went to Denver with my dad when I was 16. He was on a business trip, 1982 ish. He dropped me off in downtown Denver with cash and let me roam all day. Had to meet him at 5 in the same spot

We’ve been stout this year defensively against running teams and real bad against passing teams. VPI can’t pass.

VPI defense has been solid this year against stationary QBs and real bad against running QBs. Sims can run.

I honestly think we roll. 31-20. And it’s not really in doubt in the 4th.
