The only way any consideration should be given for him to stay is if he wins out. All of em.
LOLWin out Gailey, and I will defend u, if not, holla back.
I can not get a read on the VThug team at all. Some weeks they look like they would mop the floors with us, and some weeks they look very average. Other then LSU they still have not really played anyone.I don't believe that. I think if he beats VT there will be tremendous pressure to keep him for financial reasons. Even though you say we will be fine it is still a big hit to the AA.
They are looking better and better each week. They beat Clemson away handily. I think if they played LSU next week it would be a much closer game. They are really hitting their stride now.I can not get a read on the VThug team at all. Some weeks they look like they would mop the floors with us, and some weeks they look very average. I know the play but have deleted the game...what happened or did you perceive to happen? It sounds like you're either in shock or just want others opinions. The play I'm speaking of is the one with the contraversial take-away by DJ Jones before the runner hit the ground, please look at A.Roberson and let me know what u think. Please, please, please.
He needs to beat Georgia or win 8 games.
8-4 with a win over UGA Chan definitely stays. My opinion....your or needs to become an and, and then even then its not safe.
If he goes 8-4 and beats UGA, with his deepest most talented team yet, why would anyone think he could do better?
8-4 and beat UGA ='s 50/50 he keeps his job.
If he wins out...he keeps it.
anything around 7-5 and he is gone. Remember 7-5 with your deepest most talented team yet won't cut it. Those two wins were against Army and Samford. Against legit D1 teams we would be 5-5 in that case, with two of those being maybe Duke and ND. So really 3-5 against avg to above avg opponents. NOT cutting it in my opinion.
