Was the Tech "Fumble" a TD?

It doesn't freaking matter people!!! In spite of SEC refs cooking the game and calling against us, we managed to persevere and win. Much more proud of that than I would be an extra 7 point swing in the scoreboard.

I think what has Tech folks upset is that the blown call caused a 14-point swing in the scoreboard -- normally a killer in a tight ball game.

I agree that neutral refs should be used in all inter-conference games -- the same set-up as bowl games. Once again, here's a recent "anti-SEC refs" article from Fox Sports:

SEC Has Lost Almost All Credibility and Integrity in Officiating

I agree I'm much more proud of us overcoming this and the ten other nasty calls that went UGA's way, but that's no reason not to point them out and hope something is done about them.

This was the most one sided officiating job in the history of the series.

UGA hand picked the crew.

And UGA hand picked the same crew that almost blatantly threw the Vandy-UGA game a couple years back in Vandy's favor. That crew. The ones UGA hated so much. So why would they go out of their way to request that specific crew now? And right after the ex head of NFL officials caught that same crew taking cues from a mystery off-the-field "shadow official" that the SEC denies exists?

What bothers me about the play is that the line judge on the opposite side of the field was coming in as though he was marking the ball about a foot over the goal line.
