I think it's something to be proud of. That banner couldn't be THAT expensive.

yes something to be proud of but I just feel like its a waste of money i was always good with the years under the scoreboard(this can be added on to)
 
I don't think it would be that difficult to change the four to a five.
 
I think it's cool.

The payout we receive from playing(and winning) in the MNC game should be plenty to cover a new banner.
 
I also don't like the "Home of the" part. I know it's at BDS but it should say either:
(A) Mention BDS @ HGF that on the banner; or
(B) Not say "home of the" and just have 4 time nat'l champs
 
That banner really wouldn't be that expensive. They probably could have got this done for $3 or $4 a sq. ft. if they did it domestically and as little as $1 or $2. a sq. ft. if they did it overseas.
 
This sign is meant to add to the atmosphere and expectation around the stadium (and campus) that we are capable of national titles.

and that feeling is an exciting one. Great psychological move. Someone got a little ahead of themselves and added the exclamation mark, which is also evidence that they want to pump us up with the sign.

I like it.

Probably somewhat extra to weatherproof it.
