Watching the 14 Orange Bowl on youtube tonight...

I miss Laskey and Days. Those two were the guts of 2014. Coming out of high school, they appeared to have no business playing fullback in any offense, much less in the Orange Bowl. But damned if they didn't plow through defenses on a regular basis. I know Shaq gets a lot of that credit, but Laskey and Days did a great job filling in when one or the other had to miss time. They were the ones who chipped away at the hope in the hearts of opposing fans with perpetual 5-yard gains, and they had fun competing with one another.

In a way they reminded me of Joe Anoai.
