The only silver lining is that the rest of college football fandom watched and saw what happened. Everyone is pretty unanimous that we were the better team and were hosed on multiple accounts. We are being taken seriously even in defeat. Wouldn’t be surprised to see us ranked to start the year or at least getting votes.

To put it in terms that actually matter for the future: no recruit thinking about coming to Georgia Tech came away from that game thinking less of us as an option.

These last three games were an excellent way to finish the season as far as selling to recruits goes.

Can’t lose these games if you want to be taken seriously. It doesn’t matter how “hard fought” the game was. Just another loss on the overall series.

It is not that ööööing serious. It is entertainment, unless of course you personally buy a linebacker for the team or something.
