Most ACC folks have their culture. Miami fans like the thug look. Gold chains, 80's hip hop look. UNC are the wine and cheese crowd. Clemson fans are good ol' boys. ...
What gets me about FSU fans, and I am friends with several, is that they believe you are just in awe of their program. They walk around like the marching chiefs band, or whatever they are, just sets the standard and you should feel privileged to witness such a great band. They believe their football team instills fear and intimidation. None of it is true. When I rode the charter to the ACC Championship with my FSU buddy several years ago when they played VT (VT won) they played a good solid two hours of their marching band through the bus speakers on the way up. I prayed for earplugs. They ate up every second of it. Those folks are pretty strange.
