Weak slate for Week 2

No Thursday night game. (but there is NFL so that's all right)

Friday has Louisville at Syracuse

Some great rivalry games though:
Penn State at Pitt at noon from the Heinz field!
NC: NC State at East Carolina and Wake Forest vs. Duke
BYU at Utah
Iowa State at Iowa

Then Virginia Tech vs. Tennessee as the prime time game.
Texas Tech at Arizona State as the good late nighter.

Underwhelming after seeing first week: Arkansas at TCU and Virginia at Oregon (maybe teams looking ahead?)
 
It's really not all that surprising considering that many of the teams that had a big OOC game last week have either zero other legit D1 games OOC or have them the last game of the year. All P5s other than ACC and SEC play 9 conf games
 
It's going to be a challenge to write game previews for this week.
 
Good thing NFL starts this weekend. The college slate picks back up in week 3 with Bama-Ole Miss and Ohio State-Oklahoma.
 
After (unsuccessfully) rewatching the BC game, I'm more than ready for a defense we can run over. Don't disappoint, Mercer
