Weather Channel keeping football stats

Interesting. They are keeping stats about how teams perform in various weather conditions.

Not much there now, b/c the data only goes back to 2008. But will be interesting to see trends once another year or two is included.

Thats cool. I hope they expand it back. Wouldn't tell us much since we're running a new offense, but weather at game time is pretty easy to get going back years.

Depends on how specific they want their data to be.

This is an insignificant stat for college football considering teams change like the wind due to players graduating and/or going to the NFL.

But it will still be interesting and fun to look at.

I think stuff like this will be more of what we are looking at, rather than "does OUR team play well when it's raining and less than 32 degrees and windy?"
