Week 2 Garbage Foobaw Thread

Lousy, Lousy defense by FSU. Play was horrible and the effort was worse. Man, I kind of wished I played football these days because I honestly believe most of these guys are pushovers, or maybe I am just watching bad teams.

What was the signature win? PITT? Serious question.

Who did anyone play this week to get a "signature win?" I dont think they faced any top 10 or even top 20 opponents, Pitt probably played the most prestigious opponent, on the road, and they won.

I'm not saying the ACC is any good; I'm just saying this week doesn't prove anything one way or the other. A little better (not much) out of conference competition next week . . . UCF, West Virginia, Michigan State, Northwestern . . . not great, but at least some P5 teams in there.

Fortuitously perhaps, the ACC hasn't really scheduled a lot of OOC games against good teams this year. Miami got Bama; FSU gets UF; Clemson and Tech get UGA . . . that's about it. Makes it hard to evaluate.

How does FSU not have 3-4 defenders at the 5 yard line?

I guess they were worried about a quick sideline pass to field goal range in 5 seconds. They were playing to avoid overtime.

If you'll look at the times of my posts, you'll see I wasn't posting at the game either. I can't help it your old folks disease keeps you from remembering anything that happened more than an hour prior.
