I agree Dixon is a great runner...and I also agree that with the more traditional runs (that UNC ran, and occasionally MSU ran) we were pretty effective at stopping it. Our problems lie outside of the tackle box at the line of scrimmage. On misdirection runs or pass plays it seems that we can't get our D-Line past the line of scrimmage and into the backfield to disrupt things.

I think we will have a lot of success at stopping FSU's ground game, but we NEED to get pressure on Ponder.

Oh no doubt. If we stop FSU from scoring at LEAST 3 times, I think we win. I don't care if we do it with punts, INT's or Fumble recoveries, but I hate to 'rely' on causing turnovers. Seems too hit or miss for my liking.

Here's hoping Burnett has a big day!:D
 
We're likely missing another DE. That's not good for a team that's been weak on the line.
