My name (mustard) comes from being teased about the Tech old gold color. The many University of Tennesse people that I worked with on the railroad, of which one was my boss, called it mustard. Thus I have been named the Mustard. All I know is that I'm grateful to be a mustard rather than a big orange.

It probably is a good thing that it was the Tennessee fans giving you a hard time and calling the old gold color mustard. A lot of the ugag gans call the TECH colors much worse names like 'urine' and others.
