NCar got their 12th committ & it's another 4 star WR who is also ranked in the top 100 players in the country. NCar gets top 100 WR Bowmen They are having a heck of a verbal committment class. Many of the ACC teams are having some pretty good committs, but NCar is really pulling them in. Thought you'd want to know.
