Eh, I disagree with that. Were we to miss a bowl, and the new AD doesn't like him, he could definitely be gone at season's end.

After all, if we do decent next year it would be tough to fire him given that he'll just be getting the new QB started and will be able to say "Next year is the year!"

Don't forget, he has a buyout of only one million a year for the last three years, so his extension doesn't guarantee him job security.

I don't actually think he's on the hot seat. I just think he sucks and am terribly disappointed that UGA will be easily rolling over them for the foreseeable future.
