What a time to be alive

I guess we got the B team announcers because of our record. But that call was awesome. Will forever be a Mark Jones fan for that.

He also called our Taxslayer Bowl win over Kentucky, I believe.
I think he was on my flight back to JAX from Miami after our Orange Bowl win over Missy State. He didn't call that game but he was down there for something.

In a season of suck, GT is still in a game with an undefeated #9 team past the 1st quarter, and it kinda sucked?

Compared to a game where GT is actually good and playing an exciting, high quality game against another good team? Sure. If that ending doesn't happen, anyone at the game would have remembered it as a thoroughly mediocre game. The ending may have been the best ever, but not the game as a whole, in my opinion.

Anyway, fortunately the ending did happen, and it was an awesome experience which none of us will forget.

Ashamed to say, but this is the first time I have noticed this.

They say he was kicking from the left hashmark, but it was actually a yard or so inside that. I always thought it, literally, had to be on the hash marks or as close to the center of the filed as refs can place it.

Or are they referring to where the ball is snapped from?

A close second was that last Auburn game at BDS with Reggie in his freshman year. That was awesome too.

I still remember being in complete disbelief that the run back was legit. I was just expecting to find out that it had been blown dead for some reason but we just couldn’t hear it over the crowd. That was such an awesome play to experience. Shit got nuts in Bobby Dodd.

Now what now? I don't think I was aware that kickers would ever choose to line up not in a straight line behind the snapper...? Seems like that would result in all sorts of risks, with little compensating benefits.
