What are we going to do with JT is gone?

Does Venables still have eligibility?

I wager we'd be a better team with Venables as both QB and DC.

Such a clone would probably be heavily recruited to Alabama as a safety.....
 
I did notice that we put Jordan in the game in short yardage goal line. Probably would have been Justin in there if Mills was playing. We need Mills back for UNC. UNC gave up 200+ to Chubb - and he sucks. Perhaps we can get 200 for Mills running dive plays for TD's
 
IMO we haven't really had a bad QB with CPJ besides the clusterfuck that was Vad Lee... Nesbitt, Washington, and Thomas are all really good in the system, and each have their own unique weaknesses.

Nesbitt - Cannon for an arm, but not accurate. missed a lot of reads but made up for it by pure strength. terrific on the midline. 4th and 1 was a gimme.
Washington - No arm strength, but pretty accurate. Serviceable in the midline. Put us in the right play, and mostly made the correct reads.
Thomas - Definitely the best passer, and the quickest runner. But- it seems that he misses a lot of reads, and our midline is nonexistent due to his small frame

TLDR - we'll be fine. the next guy will probably not be as quick as JT, but he'll be bigger. So we should be able to score points
 
Gotta be Lucas Johnson, right? Everywhere I've seen says he has a great arm. 6-3, 200# frame won't hurt either (15# heavier than JT5, for reference)
