It's 34-0. You're getting run over on both sides of the ball. Nothing has worked. What the hell can you even tell the team?
I'd start the 2nd half with players that want to give it their all. Whether it's walk-ons, freshmen, whatever. If they want to play, let 'em play. Those that could care less about going back out there (and some of them don't - you can tell by their play), let them sit on the bench and think about how bad they've stunk it up.
