Did you expect us to beat clemson? miami?

Did you think we were going to go undefeated this year and win a national championship?

What happened to all the people predicting us to lose a few.

It seems like everybody wants to throw the season away after tonight.

Snap back to reality people. The season isn't over.
 
I like the spirit of your post, but I guess what many are thinking is that despite 2-1 being a decent start, they never would have expected us to look so bad on both sides of the ball tonight.

But I have faith that our guys can get things going again. I had faith that Reggie Ball & co could beat UGA for four years and I'll be damned if the guys that beat Miami, FSU, UGA and Clemson last year don't deserve my faith also.
 
I thought we had the ability to go 11-1. I still say anything less than 9 wins is a complete disappointment to me. I don't think our schedule is all that tough. Especially for a team that by all means was in the driver seat preseason.

Last year when we lost, I said, hey were going in the right direction at least. Our guys look good they play hard, and they arfe fighting. Haven't seen a full 4 qtr effort since UGA. That is sad.
 
I still expect a 10 win season. Hopefully the coaches will git our f&ckin mind rite.
 
Oh whoops, read topic wrong.

Though, I did expect us to go 3-0. I was expecting our losses to be later, possibly to FSU. Oh well.

EDIT: Here's what I had before:

We had another topic, but we can still go 9-3. I'm sure we won't lose to UVA again, and we may have a chance again UNC, but it's doubtful. VT, again, there's a chance but it's doubtful. FSU same. I'm sure we'll win at least one of those. Possibly two.
 
I've been saying this every week, but we'll know a lot more about our team after unc. We are through with the "3 games in 13 days." We have an extra break to get ready for unc. After that game, we'll know where we stand. If we don't see drastic improvement against unc, I don't see us winning more than 8 games.

We have the talent to win 10, and if we show improvement vs. unc, we will.

I completely agree with you. I am still going to be supporting our team but it just feels like we are not doing anything on offense or defense. We seem to be regressing from one game to the other. It seems like last year whenever we were in this kind of situation we were able to make adjustments and get the game close or win it.
 
I expected to be 3-0. But nobody told me that Miami was that good or I would have said 2-1.
