For those attending practice...For a while it seemed like he was "the guy" and he is all I heard about...Suddenly silence, and now I am hearing about PJ.....

What happened ?

Also - any word on Newberry and his leg ?

PJ was banged up early, and didn't get as many reps. CW got the reps, and got himself in the mix early.

I think we are all pleasantly surprised at how quickly CW was contributing.

PJ seems to be a better blocker at this point (PJ is an outstanding blocker, IMO), and is running really well. CW will contribute.

All in one idiots opinion, of course!

Has ACE still been banged up ? If so, anything serious, or just nagging type stuff ?
 
nc, CG says PJ no.1 and CW no. 2. Same article goes on to say Grant will need a year or two to make a major contribution!? (kinda surprised and disappointed to hear that). Remember though, PJ was no.6 on depth chart at start of last year. THWG
