What if Big East offers GT, FSU, Clemson & UVa?

The Big East is down to deperate measures. An attempt to add Louisville, Cincinnati, Memphis and South Florida would not get Rutgers to stay, much less Miami. So, one has to believe they'll try something big, an all or nothing scenario. If they do this, they may try to counter offer to ACC schools and propose a 12-team Big East like this:

North:
Boston College
Connecticut
Pittsburgh
Rutgers
Syracuse
West Virginia

South:
Clemson
Georgia Tech
Florida State
Miami
Virginia
Virginia Tech

Would "we" have any interest in this arrangement? I would think not, but curious what you folks think.
