Actually, none of those since we play 12 games this year. Given all that has happened recently, I don't think it will be fair to judge him soley on his won-lost record. It should be more a matter of how well the team plays. If they play well, smart, tough, and never give up, that will say a lot under the circumstances. When Ross went 2-9 and 3-8, it as apparent that his teams were extremely well-coached and that things would get better. We need to look for the same this year under Coach Gailey. I'm not saying we can't have a good year won-lost wise, but that shouldn't be the only criteria.
