What the absolute F?

No I understand what you were saying. I don’t think O-line has been one of the main issues this year like in the past tho.
It’s improved, but has shown weaknesses in games like Louisville and BG. I mean, a lower tier MAC team was pushing them backwards. This is not the 3O OL group inherited in 2019. The OL group recruited is like every other P5 group now. So development is on the current staff.

I wasn't trying to make excuses, but the fact remains that we also have quiet a few players still on the team from the clown's teams, and apparently some of them still play like they did under him. Like I said, a cancer isn't cured overnight, and sadly one year may not be enough time.

After rewatching some of the game, I have to agree. King throwing gifts and the defense get the blame

This. King was benched at TAMU for this type of performance after a few games. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Defensively we didn’t stay disciplined on the 4th and shorts. We knew they would go for it. Our LBs weren’t disciplined enough to ‘stay home’. There were busted coverages still that were crucial to keeping their drives alive. Unacceptable. Our QB was the best RB out there on QB keepers. When Williams was out there he opened up huge holes but then he didn’t play in the 2nd half. Hope he didn’t get re-injured. Our running game still seems not to be firing on all cylinders as a result. We are just wildly inconsistent in most phases of the game right now. Even the kicking game had a bad day with a missed extra point due to a muffed snap and hold. Just what I wasn’t hoping for. A bad performance after a gutsy win against a Top 20 team away. Can we play the rest of our whole season away!?

I have zero animous towards CBK, but his offensive line progression for the 4 years under clown told me he was not the genius, a guy who can figure out how to get higher performance than his talent would determine. GT absolutely must have a guy that can do that. CBK is in over his head. He is a responsible, non-clown coach, & I do appreciate his transparency. He is not the long term solution to GT’s woes, but he was reasonable for the $$ guys.
Might could be that you are right.
