Did you hear the Paul Johnson post-game audio? Rivals has the complete post game press conference on audio as well as comments from BJM, Wommack, and about 10 players.

CPJ was upset in a big way....he was going on and on about how we lacked intensity....we were too nice...needed to get nasty...no phase of the game was increbibly impressive....etc. etc. He said we did not look mad enough when things did not go our way and seemed to want to join hands and sing "kum-by-yah". If you take away JD's big run he was 17 yards on 6 carries.

I think many of the comments you are seeing are reflective of the coaches reaction to the game. I would not worry about it too much.
 
we didn't have Jon in there, but theres no excuse for the D giving up 17 points... if we want to keep clemson from scoring their first TD in BDS since 2003, they gotta step it up...

im pretty sure that 10 of those points was scored on the 2nd team D. Calm down!!! What we need to worry about is why we are not filling up the stadium for a top 15 team? That is the bigger question!!!
 
I think the crowd was better than last years JSU game, and most definately leaps and bounds above the spring game attendance :biggthumpup:
 
UA, UF, & GT hung about ONE HUNDRED and THIRTY points on that great rough and tumble, super fast, SEC defense.

I will always be cautiously optimistic about Georgia Tech. No sense in repeating what's already been said about the game, because I agree with PJ's comments and the feelings from the board

This where we ask what's wrong with you?

The problem isn't beating cupcakes by multiple TDs. We're suppposed, quite frankly it shouldn't be this close

This is where people educated fans of the game see the results not just as a Win and Winning Margin

Its where we see silly mistakes on O and D... O mainly. Its where we comment that this can't happen next week.

There's more to the game than the W/L column and statistics

We you execute and execute well the W's and Winning Margins take care of themselves

There's an old saying..."Stats are for losers"

FYI..if the coach isn't happy, then why should you be?
 
One of the main reasons I like CPJ is because he will never be happy until we win a National Championship and when we do he will celebrate one day and then he will start working for the next one.

That's true.

When you beat your arch rival in their own stadium in comeback fashion when most people believed your team was going to suck all season and NO ONE goes to dump gatorade, that tells ya something about what the coach considers a 'celebratory' situation. :D

It wasn't a good game. We won yes, but we've got a lot and I mean a lot to work on it this is gonna be a special year

By the way, the Kumbaya quote from PJ was about the snapper holder and PK, not the defense. The closest Barrel O' Dumb came to presenting facts, and the facts are...wrong.
