When the jetlag hits

Anyone who has been a few times knows you just have to stay up the first day all day. Jet lag isn't that bad going that way. If we lose, it is because we aren't that good, not jet lag.

I haven't figured out a trick coming back. Thank goodness we play Mercer, a decent team might take advantage of the jet lag coming back.
I'm in an Irish bar somewhere in dublin, jet lagged AF. Let's see how that first night of sleep goes

Yes, I flew all the way over here to drink and post on stingtalk. Kiss my ass.

When you ready for Toe Meets Leather, but that Sinead O'Connor beat is fire

I would like to get all my excuses in for losing before we play this game:

- Team was jet lagged.
- they had to ride in a cargo plane
- no lucky charms cereal
- ööööed up Irish fried chicken
- traffic is on the left side so it threw our players off in their game preparation on the way to the stadium
- too much local food gave them the runs
- not enough red heads
- too many sheep
- not enough sheep
- the scoreboard said Georgia vs Boston so our players didn't wanna score for Georgia
Literally LOL![emoji38]To even things out you need to post a list of reasons why they won. Get your mind right!

I feel bad. I was the second person today to recommend my taxi driver try fireball.

That's pretty lame. Someone needs to be encouraging them to stay up ALL DAY and only sleep starting on a normal schedule. They should be forced awake all day today with coffee, etc and the go to bed at 10:00 local. Used that strategy many times both ways from Europe, Asia, Central America, Australia, and Memphis. It's proven!!

I think it works for you one way because you are going to Europe to do things as a tourist or for business (so you gotta stay awake during the waking hours), while you are coming back to the US to home, where you can take naps and screw your sleep schedule.

It usually sucks for me either in Cyprus or the US (after the trip), because I can sleep as I will in both places, and screw up my sleep schedule.

Is jet lag really as issue for Ireland? Without using the Google, I think it is like flying to LA, right? The only times I had problems flying was to Kuwait back in 2003 when I was in the Navy but there were other issues at hand as well.

Edit: Nevermind, geography fail.
