Lookin good there BuzzCzar. You're just as I imagined.

You're right, this year will be different; there will be even less white, because there will be about 30% Clemson fans.

I'll wear white(I love the idea of a white-out), but it doesn't take a genius to see that this is going to fail pretty badly.

Fail? No way. I was at the game last year for Miami and my brother who actually went to UGAy and has converted to the darkside even admitted that it looked great on TV, especially for a night game.

That was thrown together kinda rapidly and with little organization and we made it work

I can't wait. I think it has a big effect on the players more than anything.

Somebody either here or on TOS was saying that his company(not sure who) is organizing White Tshirts and White shakers for the game(this is besides what the students get)...I believe he said somewhere in the neighborhood of 15,000.

So that's about 23-25,000 people in white, most with shakers. If the other 20,00(hopefully) Gt fans in attendance can get it together..we should have a pretty good look for the game.

No weather excuses this year either.

Seriously, who can't wear white? You can get a Hanes shirt for like less than $1.50.

Maybe there will be less from Clem's son because it is a work night and they wont make the drive.
Maybe, maybe?

Maybe, maybe?

Actually, that is a legitimate point that I hadn't thought of. A ray of hope, if you will.

I agree the weather had something to do with it. I also think it depended on where you were sitting. I sat on the east side. From my view, I saw the west side, and the two end zones. The two end zones looked great (I assumed that to be the students) and the west side looked ok--the closer to the field the better. From that, I assume the cheaper, higher seats, which are the kinds visiting fans pick up from scalpers, were the ones that were less "white."

I had a white t shirt, over which I had white thermals, over which I had a white GT T-shirt, and eventually I covered that up with a white hoody that I bought from Walmart (just plain). I wore gloves and had some of the handwarmer packs down in them. I was toasty as a nice fall day. I saw several folks wearing white trashbags.

I have the problem now of which white outfit that I am going to wear to the game. The kinda Joe Hamilton jersey? (number color and trim is too yellow). Multiple T shirts. A couple of basketball warmup tops. I have a couple of white hats that will be only worn for this or future whiteouts since they tend to get pretty dirty in normal use. I am ready to go.
