Who are our TOP A/B Back(s) Target for 2010?

I heard good things about some kid coming out of Collin's Hill.

Don't know about Mack Brown coming. He is drinking a lot of Gatorade last time I heard. He may just go play with the SEC. It will be a most unfortunate mistake.

Recent times have proven that there isn't really any benefit to playing in the SEC vs the ACC if your goal is the NFL. You play in the SEC for all the perks (more money at the schools, more adoring fans, and in Florida's case a free ride to a National Championship).

This guy is a Tech prospect for football in 2010???? Crazy!!

How could a child be named before his parent?:laugher:

easily. you name your kids. then you go and legally name yourself anything you want by legally changing your name.

mission impossible accomplished

What about this guy? how do you explain him playing running back for Tech in 2010 if he is coaching in Tejas

not sure what the mistake would be there

If he was a big back, it'd be a huge mistake. At UF he'd end up at H-Back.

For a scatback like Brown, It's hard to fault wanting to play for UF. Their backs get the ball about as much as our A-backs get it, and they're the greatest program by a mile right now.

I think GT will be a top ten program and in the national spotlight pretty consistently, but I'd have to be on stronger drugs to think we will ever be where Florida is.

Now, as I understand it, Meyer's kind of fast and loose on the recruiting trail, and his word isn't worth that much. OTOH I know some guys who played for PJ and they love the man. So that could be a possible reason why it's a mistake.....

Nice try, but the parents still had names before the child.
