Track record of success as HC?
Is known as a great recruiter?
Will excite the fanbase?
If we don’t hire as coach will another school offer them a head coaching job?
Has he recruited well as our position coach?
Has his position group performed well at GT?

Just win. My God it isn’t that hard to figure out. That being said I’m happy with any of the three out of Deion, Chadwell and Key
 
Deion is gone (Colorado).....O'Brien is a retread in my opinion - we would be a good team, but I don't see us ever being good enough with a bland, vanilla O to beat UGAG.....Chadwell, to me, is the guy who has proven he can lead a program to success. Key, to me, is the biggest wild card of the bunch, after Deion.

But, what do I know? I'm glad it's JBatt's decision and not mine.

We just had ATL, #404, the culture, effort based, weight lifting on sideline, Coach doing push-ups on sideline, juice crew, high level, elite, Waffle House level razzle dazzle and it was the worst. It was like if CrossFit was a football team. A lot of hype and movement and very little substance. So no, I don’t want razzle dazzle. I want a football coach

Anybody other than Clown Collins. I think Key missed opportunity to solidify the job with the Virginia and Miami games. Liked the UNC game and effort against the mutts. BOB or Chadwell will do fine, too. Sanders was never in the hunt outside of some tweets looking for clicks and upvotes.
 
Whoever it is needs the full backing of the institute and the fans. Dieon would get us a lot of fan interest. Key would, I would think, would keep the current players on board. Chadwell would give us the extra wrinkle factor edge. Bob would be yawn factor, but I could get behind any of the guys.

I like the idea of keeping Key for cheap and possibly giving more money for a better OC maybe, but I don't have a high football IQ enough to say Long is bad considering the Collins factor and the QB mess we had to deal with.
