Here are the Atlantic standings & conference records:

1) Maryland 1-0
2) BC 2-1
3) Wake 1-1
4) Clemson 1-2
5) NCSt 0-1
6) FSU 0-2

So who is going to go to the ACCCG when it's all said and done?

Seems like every year Boston College just kind of sneaks up there....they end up going 8-3 with little fanfare. I really don't like playing them.....

BC does it with smoke and mirrors every year it seems. That being said, the Atlantic teams are 16-14 overall so far. I wouldn't call any of them a winner. They may have to just send a team by default; I see that team being the Wolfpack.

I'd guess BC gets in there, but its really a toss up in that division now that Clems has 2 losses and almost has to have another one or two on the way with how they're playing.

Boston College is the only team showing consistency. They did fairly well against Clemson, and beating FSU was big, though I think it had to do more with being at home and doing it for the Gameday crowd and Mark Herzlich.

Just for fun, I predict that the Coastal champion will have a conference record of 6-2. The Atlantic champs record will be 4-4.

Very real possibility here. What if MD wins the Atlantic at 4-4? You could have a 5-7 team playing for an Orange Bowl bid.

Even more horrifying...what if they win the ACCCG and finish 6-7? Are they even technically bowl eligible?

Yes, they would still get to go to a bowl. It happened a few years ago in one of the small conferences (sunbelt maybe). The champ had a overall losing record, but still got to go bowling.

I've got to go with N.C. State. I'm really hoping they win the Atlantic and we win the Coastal.
