Who wins the Alabama-Virginia Tech game in the Georgia dome?

Just about every time I wish for something to happen with VPI that favors us and I get disappointed. I think Bama wins easily. They're offense will score points, I don't see VPI doing that.

If VPI can score points, then we're in trouble.

I think Bama wins, but I just do not see humiliation. VPI rarely gets humiliated (Tech did it once), they aren't run by Baby Bowden.

Bama's breaking in a new QB, so their O may not be in synch yet. The question is: can VT score on Bama's D? Utah did almost at will, but can VT?

Bama wins this one in a game much closer than last year's.

Like others said, if VPI can win that game, they'll be fairly high in the polls until they play us. Then, when we beat them, it'll be huge.

I have watched VPI open against East Carolina the last two years, and they have started poorly both times, winning a close contest at Blacksburg and losing in Charlotte.

Alabama came out of the gate very strong last year. VPI losing their best RB does not help. By week three I would see these two teams even. In week 1 I pick Bama.

I agree. If VT can score on Bama, then they'll be able to score on us. That being said, VT will not score on Bama.

Bama wins 24-0. This is one of the few games I'll be pulling for VT in though.
