looking forward to the first kickoff splitting the uprights.

Believe it's King's job based on practice reports/interviews.
Great to hear.
While on the subject of special teams. Did Pressley Harvin III beat out his competition for punting duties? Hopefully we won't have to see him for a few weeks

I don't really think there was any competition.

I haven't seen this at all. I thought I had been following the reports pretty closely. I've seen that both are making them but not that one is ahead the other.

Shaun Davis put one though from ~50 with room to spare before the scrimmage the other week.

Whoever it is, I just hope we don't regress to the days before Butker where we couldn't get a kickoff inside the 10. Granted, the rule change about where the ball is spotted for the kick would have helped Blair in comparison but thanks to Butker opponent kick returns have been a non-factor vs GT for 4 years.

THIS. Kickoffs have been boring in the best way possible. Whomever wins the spot needs to be consistently putting it through the end zone.

Kick-offs shouldn't be a problem -BUT
1.we probably can't kick through the EZ
2.if we don't ,our coverage has generally been putrid (er,less than excellent)

When Brenton hits a GW FG against the dwags into the band/swarm sections this November, will he then be the King of the North?

We'll see. He'll score the deciding points in the first minute or two.

Looks like you're right - not sure where I got that impression from. CPJ even said in the press conference today that Pressly (punter) was going to have the biggest impact of the incoming frosh class because he's the only frosh starter that he knows of.
