Just a play on internet jargon. It's commonplace for the non-l33t users to have a premature evacuation of the shift key.
 
That video is indeed great; great song, great acknowledgment of GT history, all around very well done. They can muck with the uniforms all the want, install fancy nw sound systems all they want, but they'd better not mess with that video.
