UAB, UCF, Marshall, etc. do not PAY to play road games against anyone. They take MASSIVE payouts for 1 game deals. A Div 1 team from CUSA or an upper tier MAC, WAC or MWC team can get $800k-$1 million for a 1 and done from a power house BCS school like LSU.

It's so competitive right now to get 1 game deals that the price has gone up, up, up, up. That's why schools like UCF and even MTSU and FAU land 2 for 1 deals. FAU pulled in Minnesota and Ok State while UCF landed Texas.

I'd say scheduling LSU is fine, unless we have serious aspirations for a national championship. Just ask the Hokies what that can do to those aspirations.
