Why Not Play Graham And Sims?

Sims has much more talent running and especially throwing the ball than Graham. He just needs some more experience. But what he mostly needs is an O-line.

Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t our OL breakdowns come from the left side of the line? The true freshman RT has held his own quite well. Need more dudes like that.

Id also assume that Jordan Mason ismost likely our best pass pro at the RB position. Not having him in on passing downs cannot be helpful either.

He wasn’t the only one, but Williams had a rough game against Cuse. He didn’t recognize the blitz on one of the INTs where sims got smashed; on the other tip/pick it was an RPO, so probably ore on the QB not reading/throwing quick enough. Williams had quite a few penalites as well.

he is a tFR though, and holding his own physically very well. Most of his mistakes are mental

The entire line has been playing C+ to B+. There's just one guy on each play or so that is missing an assignment/blowing an assignment. The consistency as a unit has been the issue.

Thing with the line is, only takes just one guy to bust a play. Good news is it hasn't like been the same person over and over but they're the best we got. Like you said it's been a consistency thing.

Have the coaches thought about putting Vad Lee back there? I get that Sims is a freshman and is making the expected freshman mistakes, we still need to get him some reps, but why not throw Vad in for a few series, just to see how he fares in a game? It feels like it's been years since he's even seen a snap.
