will our O line still be a weakness?

+1. The O-line looked MUCH better in the last scrimmage.

On pass blocking: I'm interested in Mover's insight but it seems to me that this scheme is just not going to give you really good pass protection. I've heard that from several people who played in it, as well.

Really wide splits make containment very hard for a traditional passing game, and our guys normally play so low with so much weight on their hands that they're not set up well for pass protection.

Tornado, you been going to the practices? Working for a living stinks.

I think he just meant I was big boned.

I truly believe that's what he was thinking.

Now that I think about it some more, I'm sure that's what he meant.

Of course that's what I meant.

Even if it wasn't what I meant, I'll say it is, since you're bigger than I am.

:biggrinbounce:

RM, how in the hell did you allow The Fridge to get FIVE tackles that day?

Geeze. I thought you were my hero.

Nice to see that BuzzCzar can make moronic spelling errors with the best of them. If GSUPaintballer had done this, BuzzCzar would be all over him for it.

well, this one is tricky
its refrigerator, but its fridge
so, somewhere in there my finger had some muscle-memory breakdown and i mess up

the difference is that i am not gsu_paintdork, and i can do integrals and find a root mean square

i did find it interesting that two of the five inferences for Fridge have some GT connotations:

Fridge refers to refrigerator, an electrical appliance.
Fridge may also refer to:

well, this one is tricky

No, it isn't "tricky" at all. You just screwed up. And that's okay. Just admit that you screwed up. Just admit that a person can make a moronic mistake every now and then and still be a decent, smart person. Seriously. Admit it and you'll feel better about life.

i dont have a problem admitting that i made a mistake and misspelled the word

however, it is tricky. there are not many words where extra letters are added in the middle when making the shortened version of the word, but with Fridge, you add the 'd'. see that? cite a similar example.

The only "trick" is that you didn't know how to spell "refrigerator." Now I want you to admit that your excuse sucks.

I think our OL is going to be pretty solid given the fact that it stays healthy.

We've basically had almost 2 years to learn the blocking scheme of the TO, and they should already be familiar with the blocking scheme of passing situations.
