I'm listening online but sounds like he's getting smoked repeatedly. Does it look like that on tv?

He's better than Clark no doubt but he is definitely the weakest link in the 2ndary, its been that way since last year IMO.

he is NOT getting smoked. Just some perfect, lucky passes by maryland.

He was burned on one play that the whole defense bit on. The first long pass was a great play by Heyward-Bey. Jahi actually had great coverage but it was like Calvin outjumping a DB who was right on him. W-D is not our problem.

They aren't picking on a particular DB they're going to their #1 receiver.

Is their top receiver confined to JWD's side of the field?

I don't think we're playing boundary and field anymore. We change last week against Clemson and put Jahi on their #1 receiver no matter where he lined up. I think we're doing it again today because they DBs have switched sides several times as the offense has come out of the huddle.

On the long pass play, Daniels was in perfect coverage, the WR just made an icredibible catch.

Ah so. Thanks.

1.as a SHORTER DB than WR you need to KNOCK-down the pass ,NOT try to int.I think this happened to him last yr vs VT also, little excuse
2. took bait BADLY,NO excuse

I don't think he was trying to catch the ball AlaGold. He turned, jumped and got his hands on it, but Heyward-Bey got his on it just before JWD did. He just couldn't get it away from him.

What I see, from last year and continuing this year is that JWD is in position MOST of the time, but often doesn't always know where the ball is.

When he does know where the ball is he is out-jumped or out-strengthed (a couple of time last year, like today, he and the receiver both had their hands on the ball and the receiver pulled it away.

Dude, Jahi played great today. I don't know what more you want out of the guy.

I wanted to hate him (hell, I would've settled for water boy hate yestiddy) but he actually played the most inspired ball I've ever seen him play if that means anything.

Still not good enough to beat..tha toiltles?!!

I need a Dos Equis!

Go Falcons. Oh boy. Up. Down. Back. Forth. Go. TECH!

Everybody gets outjumped or out muscles or simply out positioned sometimes. There isn't a CB in pro or college football who doesn't get beat sometimes. Jahi is damn good.
