The rankings are based on if you have one of the top units. Georgia has the 3rd rated O-line thus they are rated 1 point higher than us because we have a 4th best unit (offensive backfield).

Any issues you had with this article started when you read something off of bleacher report. As the names says, these articles are written by the likes of us, and in terms of possible favorism I wouldn't trust us as far as I could throw us (much reduced distance for an engineering student).
