I heard that UF still had some tickets available for their game tonight with Auburn. Think about that for a minute. The Swamp, during the SOS era, was the most feared place in the entire country. Now, they're having trouble selling out for a traditional rival (and a good rival at that). Every school has bandwagon fans, even the mighty Gators.

Some people on this site are making noise about CG not being up to task. Just imagine the pressure right now on Ron Zook. It must be unbearable.

Florida had 82 consecutive sellouts before today. Now, when ya start messin with Fla's money, something will surely happen.

Didn't CG defer to sign a contract with GT? If I'm correct on this, wonder what was going thru CG's head; if GT finished 8-4 or even 7-5 and Zook had a bad year.

Another example: Nebraska lost to a 2-4 Oklahoma State team today for their third loss of the season. When you talk about fans who expect greatness out of their program, Big Red tops the list.

71, I heard that he refused the "buyout clause". Doesn't that mean that if he chooses to leave, he does not have to pay whereas GO does...DOES!!

We should have said, conversely, if we decide to let you go, we owe you nothing!

As long as they beat UGAG who cares?

<font size="2" face="Arial, Verdana, Sans-Serif">The difference is that Nebraska's fans by and large exude class. Their band plays the opposing team's fight songs when Nebraska is hosting an opponent. Think about that. Nebraska has also had consecutive sellouts going back a few decades now. We can make cracks all we want about what there is to do in and around Lincoln other than go to the games, but that is still impressive.

Solich will be gone soon if things don't improve for them, but they certainly handle their frustration a lot better than any of the Shoot Everyone Cheats schools.
