That makes sense. There's always one team with an easy schedule that ends up in the top 15 based on record even though they don't have top 25 talent.

2. Clemson
3. Notre Dame
4. Ohio St.
5. USC
6. Kansas (coach of year also)
7. Wherever Tyrone Willingham is
8. Purdue (buying into their offensive line)
9. Oklahoma st. (Marcus Smart will carry them deep)
10. Vad Lee

Given that its a preseason poll it is more knock-off Jackson Pollock than rational thought.

I'm confused. Should we rank the top 25 as we think it may be at the end of the season or right now? Please clarify so I can start a different thread.
