Zone Read with Two QBs

    Did anyone see the ULM game against Baylor? ULM came close again with an innovative offense and pretty good QB.

    They did something I have not seen any other spread team do by lining up in a shotgun spread with the backup QB as the back.

    They ran normal spread plays but the unique thing was the zone read with two QBs. No matter who got the ball they were a threat to throw it accurately.

    I bring it up because we have so much depth at QB with people who could run or throw. It really worked for ULM. Once they completed a pass from the second QB they could freeze a LB with a slight fake.
