Recruiting is the current problem. If you think that is purely CPJ's fault then we'll just disagree. I don't think you'll ever get the highly sought after BCS experienced coach you long for to come here they way recruiting is now. Recruiting is part of coaching. Why is Dabo a successful head coach? He's a recruiter. He was a position coach before. He is not X's and O's guy--but you can hire them.

Yes, it is purely the current HEAD coach's fault. He's the HEAD coach.

Not looking for a Saban. But a school that has recruiting challenges should not hire a guy with no prior BCS level recruiting experience. GT has done that twice in a row. The real problem is the leadership at the GTAA.
 
Come out and score a TD to start the 2nd and maybe we can make a game of this.
 
First half summary:

D came out strong, everybody said PJ was hands off the D
O sucked, everybody yelled at PJ

D started giving up big plays, everybody yelled at PJ
O started moving the ball, everybody yelled at PJ

tldr; everybody yelled at PJ
 
Here's the ööööing problem. PJ has a QB that can't run the TO but can pass in a two minute drill all day long. Why the öööö are you trying to force feed what this kid can't run? It's been the same öööö song and dance since game one. Four wide two minute drill rest of game.
 
we get ball coming out of the half. can make this a 2 score game, even though we really have no reason to be in this game
 
If we can find our balls in our blocking game, this game ain't over. The D usually tightens up in the 2nd half, and we get the ball first. Everyone in that locker room needs to sack up.
 
So close. Maybe we make some incredible adjustments and make a game of this in the second half

Throw the ball to open up some running lanes???? The base offense isn't doing öööö--try something else please!
