Roquan smith to UCLA #mutthurt

No no no, this guy wrote about some lady and her son being dickheads.

its quite obvious you are not that smart. or maybe youre like 14 years old. either way, brad steward does not need you to defend him on stingtalk.

seriously, the fact that you cant see that the comment that got your little panties in a wad was a joke makes you look like a retart

i completely agree and i think that no actual Tech fan would ever put "britches" in their font, since it is a well-established fact that the word has a strong association with Georgie. Then to misspell it the way he does just smells of idiot troll

"Yellow britches" is a term used in the 60's to affectionately refer to our team. There was even a cheer by our cheer leaders. Don't remember exactly all the words but it went something like this: GOOO YELLOW BRITCHES, BEAT THOSE SONS OF BITCHES

It's one reason I still like our tradtional Gold, white, gold unis.

Thanks Bogey, we do have a bunch of youngsters on this board who know nothing about traditions. For instance, if you refered to "rat caps" they would scratch their balls and ask, "what the hell is that about".

And we have a bunch of olds on this board who's posting history leads one to believe they're either a troll or the pinnacle of self loathing tech fans.

no, i wore a rat-cap when i was a freshman. i still have it too.

but anyone that uses "britches" after the 80s for Georgia Tech should be seriously questioned as to their loyalties. because NOONE talks about the Jackets as the yellow-britches; and britches is exclusively used for our biggest rival, who call themselves the 'silver britches'

lets compare Google search results:

silver britches - all Georgie hits

yellow britches - did you mean yellow breeches?

QED

sometimes there are things in the past for a reason. like, it was a stupid thing. yellow britches sounds stupid, and yellowbritchies sounds like a troll, especially when coupled by the words posted which are typically negative to the Jackets and something about Georgie

and we wear gold, not yellow. our mascot is a yellow jacket, but we wear gold, not yellow. did you pee your britchies, boy?

No. Most younger fans will roll their eyes and think you're a band nerd if you start talking about rat caps.

They still give them to all incoming freshmen, but the only people to wear them are in the marching band

They didn't give me a rat cap. I wouldn't have worn it, but I still wish they'd have given me one.

"white shirts,
yellow britches,
give em hell
you sons of bitches!"

calling your own team's players' moms bitches seems like a poor way to cheer your team on to victory

and we wear gold, not yellow

Go Jackets!

That is what the cheer was.

IDK, but whilst you seem preoccupied with defending your beloved dwags nicknames, perhaps back then the GT fans doing that cheer were referring to your birther.
