3-9

If you thought this was bad, wait until CPJ moves on. It will take years of recruiting and a coach or two as a sacrifice to rebuild out of an option based team (assuming we don't hire one of his disciples).

meh, it won't be that difficult to teach guys to remain standing when they block (since that's what they were doing in HS) and to complete short passes. It shouldn't be too tough to teach guys how to tackle either.

And he clearly hasn't lost the team. The defense played their asses off today and made some huge stops. That's really encouraging for the future, since our young front 7 was a big part of that.

Offensively, we just suck. Who knows if it's youth, injuries, or what. CPJ has been an offensive genius for like 30 years now, so if there's on aspect of the team that I expect to improve, it's that one.

Lastly, not sure where you get us losing that many players. We lose our whole secondary, which hurts, but it's also where we've consistently recruited the best. We lose our 3rd best LB and no DLs. Offensively we lose 2 starting OLS and Skov (lol). We also return like 19 backs from injury and Griffin on the OL.

Roof is basically head coach of the defense. He'll be fine. We already lost Gotsis and Hunt from the d-line and Marcodes and Davis are gone. Front seven of the D will be brand new.

You are trusting an offense that has declined. If it doesn't improve drastically, expect the same.

Did your wife divorce you for nagging like a bitch?

Compared to losses from last year to this year, we have far fewer losses. The entire offense is losing two starters. Joe, everybody's favorite senior OL, could get a medical RS.

I sort of see some things going forward. But I just don't feel like talking about it right now.

Not too good with the new math, eh?

Does next year look better? I lived through Bill Lewis. When you lose the team, you're done. We lose a lot on defense and most of the offensive line.

From what we can see right now, today, next year does not look better.

Davis isn't a senior.

It won't. We move a-backs to receiver and a smaller offensive lineman to tight end. Think 2008. It took about a year to adjust.

It would be fully retarded to fire Paul Johnson, but at this point this is true. We've always done well with lesser-hailed players, it's retarded to this this team, fully healthy, wouldn't be perfectly capable under any other good offensive coach.

I never espoused that. It simply isn't financially viable. He does need to feel the hot seat though, his excuses have become a joke.

3-9 and one FG-block-TD-return away from a 10 game losing streak.

Flush this season, focus on next year.

Everyone should tell you to kill yourself for not realizing that one win was the pinnacle of life.
