Chris Milton ran a 4.35

He blocked a half dozen kicks. There was no question he was very fast. Great player

Not surprised. Should be ST ace for someone. Lack of ball skills will hinder Chris from getting drafted

Watch that pick 6 against Clemson in 14 and you'll see that speed down the sideline.

When he started on special teams, he stuck out like a sore thumb. WAY faster than anyone else on the field.

Does anybody remember the game where came across the field on kickoff coverage to make a saving tackle? Like he was shot out of a cannon. In his freshman year I believe. You could see his speed on that one play.

This is the perfect 6th or 7th round pick IMO. You might not get a player who is ever a starting CB, but much like Shaq last year, he will contribute immediately in a valuable niche way.

I am going to be proud and sad at the same time if he turns out to be a star in the NFL. Proud that he went to GT. Sad we under utilized him.

we had a 4.4 guy and a 4.35 guy and we played 8-10 yards off at the snap more than 65% of the time; very aggressive; so yup I would agree with you....

Perhaps we would have beaten UGA last year if we play a bit more aggressive near half and not given up that TD. I put that one on the coaching staff

Or if the offense did anything at all. Or if we didn't turn the ball over 3 times.

Just like 2009, we manage to F a game up that should have been an easy victory. They had a QB that wouldn't be playing at Kennesaw State starting

And we still should have run away with that game.

Like, in theory or based on the actual way the game unfolded? Granted, I tend to forget specifics in the down years, but I definitely don't recall ever having the feeling during the game that we should be running away with it.

I can only assume he is confusing our 2014 season with our 2015 season, or is doubling down on his pain from last season by knowing that even when UGA was in a down year, we were further down.

I am not doubling down on anything. Coming into the game, we were by FAR the best 3 win team in the country. We beat a team that a few scant years prior had won a National Title and had played in the playoffs the prior year.

Even if we were the best 3 win team in the country at some point, we weren't after Gotsis went down.
