This is why the hive sucks...

They don't want a new coaching staff. If that happens they have to forge new relationships for the Insiders Board.

Wow, I don't recall the Hive being that extreme two years ago. It appears the two faction boards really have diverged heavily from the center, much further than I thought they had, especially the Hive. THIS is pretty outrageous:

calling for ANYONE'S head on a platter is not going to happen on this site. Posting such on this site is not going to be tolerated, and its going to be deleted. Furthermore, I don't care how respectful, tactful, and wonderful you are in how you express it. Any post that suggests, implies, or states outright that you want someone fired, replaced, or otherwise removed will be deleted.

Not quite as bad as Buzzoff, because at least the Hive is letting you know up-front they have an agenda, instead of masquerading like they don't have one and pushing it by editing or deleting selected posts in the middle of arguments to help the mods 'win' the discussion. But it's still pretty blatant.

you have made about the Hive. can you at least move it to the off-Topics page? This is supposedly the football discussion forum. I know I am not in charge of this place, so you have very right to ignore this post or worse, but I don't think people who come here to discuss the football program really care what is or is not being said on another internet site.
 
Man that guy is a ****ing pussy. So I guess if you are not under the delusion that everything is ****ing peachy at GT, you cannot post there. What a cocksucker.
 
RR is one of these guys who really truly thinks his message board is more important than it really is. He's delusional in that regard and so are his moderators.
 
But recruits and their family and friends get on there! Heaven forbid that they get an inkling there is any controversy amongst the fans as to the future of the coach.
 
Looking over there, there are many posts that that criticize the coaching staff, Gailey, the game. But it's all about keeping it civil. If you call someone a f$%&ing pu$$y it'll get deleted.

Exactly, the Hive has been very negative lately and much more so after yesterday's game. What RR won't tolerate is language and out and out demands for people to be fired. You can agree or stay away, but anyone who thinks everything on the Hive is rosy and positive they either haven't read any posts over there or they're just stupid.
 
who cares. I have a membership to rivals and scout and while scout/the hive gives more info regarding the inside team, it just sucks for posting there. I dont even do it anymore because my posts just get deleted when i question someone on our staff or team. **** is just rediculous.

I notice you are usually one of the first "suck-up" replies to anything RR posts on the hive, so your lack of objectivity is duly noted.. There are few threads over there that don't have at least 1 or 2 replies deleted.. I really doubt that language is the culprit. I notice that RR is also locking threads that are dripping in sarcasm. Where in the hive bible is that outlawed? The hive is what it has always been...

I doubt that RR's reach is long enough to move, lock, or delete this thread, so you can grin and bear it or not read it. The title is quite clear on the content, so if you have a problem with the prose, it is your own fault. ;)

You sir are correct in everything you say..but at least tell me why this is posted on the football forum page rather than in off-topic? On the surface I would guess that you are capable of reading since you responded to my post so I surmise that you know that this IS the football forum. Perhaps your personal agenda is such that you don't give a rat's hind-end where you post. Or maybe there is a RATIONAL explanation which I am sure you can share with us.;)
 
oooo, that hurt. My point is if you don't like the Hive, why are you reading the board? Funny how I can't ever remember a thread on the Hive talking about StingTalk. Board envy perhaps?

Besides, I rarely post on threads by RR so you're just making stuff up again. On the one thread where someone questioned locking of threads, I posted that they often lock threads when there are a bunch about the same subject...BEFORE RR posted on it I might add.
 
Its funny how I never read posts on the Hive about Stingtalk or BuzzOff. Half the posts over here are criticizing one of those boards.

But seriously guys, I love to see lively debate but let's watch the profanity. We do have young readers and ladies participating in the forum at times. As I say this, my hand is covering my avatar. :rolleyes:
