Arm strength: Justin vs Nesbitt

So I am having this argument with a fellow Tech fan:

I think Justin's arm was stronger than Nebitt's. Justin is the better passer between the two for sure. A fellow fan says Nesbitt's arm was stronger, but he was not allowed to pass as much as Justin.
Any thoughts?

You're an idiot. Nesbitt's arm was stronger. Justin's passes are far more accurate. Just because you have a strong arm doesn't make you a better QB. See Bilbo. Great arm. Horrible QB.

I submit this pass (around the 5:02 mark) to evidence. I'm sure there were others that better showcase his arm strength, but that one always stands out in my mind. Nesbitt had a rocket laser cannon arm, but Justin is a better passer.
