I just dont understand the reason he's retained. He used to be a triple option quarterback and hes a QB/BB coach. I like him. I like that he fought like hell for Tech. I just dont get why we let McCollum go but retained Tevin.
I'd assume there's probably a pretty decent cost difference between those two, so I don't think that's really an "A" vs "B" comparison.

Possible. I guess keeping Tevin also helps with the transition too.

He was promoted to associate director of player personnel last year. Likely, he was doing a good job as a recruiter and that's why he was retained.

He was a regular quarterback who stepped in to run the 3O.
