I've had Angie's a few times and it's always been good. Raley's in Mitchell and Clark's Mill Restaurant near Louisville used to have some of the best catfish around. Clark's Mill isn't open anymore, and I haven't been to Raley's in a while but I've heard it isn't as good as it used to be.
Never been to Raley's, will try it one weekend

Angies in Thomson has good catfish, quail, frog legs, and shrimp. @Architorture23 have you been to Angies?

I miss Neal's BBQ in Harlem, those catfish and hush puppies are still thd best I've ever had.
I miss the BBQ joint between Thomson and Warrenton, burned down years ago

I haven't but I'll keep it in mind. My favorite catfish place growing up was Henderson's in Covington but I think it closed a few years back, as well. There was also a place out on 212, I believe, that has been closed awhile. Had Indiana Hoosiers stuff all over the walls.

Nick's. It used to be on Jackson Lake before it moved to Hwy 36, near the four-way stop on 212. It was our go to catfish restaurant growing up.

Yeah I always get it mixed up with Frank's which was nowhere near as good.

How do all of you know about Thomson/Warrenton/Harlem/etc.?

I did not know there were others of us around here.

This recruiting class is going to be crazy good. Both of these kids are considered top 30 at their position in the country. Still have some other commits to flip publicly.

I live in Augusta, used to commute to Thomson, GA every day.

Super pumped about these two. Ready for a big OL to commit. (Obligatory comment to keep me legal in this thread...)
