Is the general consensus that Kelly Quinlan is reliable? Most posts here indicate no, but in this case I hope he's right. Juice.

Depends on who you ask. With this type of stuff, yeah, he usually has the right info. He gets scooped sometimes and seems douchy, but with recruiting and transfer news, he is generally correct. I dont think he is the only one predicting this, either.

I'm not really not sure why people love to hate on Quinlan so much. He is pretty reliable, but people get so butthurt when occasionally he turns out to be wrong.

Its because he can be a prick and gets defensive when he does get something wrong. And he is tactless enough to get into it on twitter with a recruit on at least one occasion. But other than that, he does alright.

Getting into it AT ALL with one of our recruits ought to have every GT fan canceling a Rivals subscription

If you have a Rivals subscription I chortle in your general direction. The implication being that I am above you in every way.

I don't know how they will work out, but I think that is the 4th transfer who was rated 4 stars coming out of high school. That's strong.

GT now has the #1 transfer recruiting class in the country.

I just made that up but we can’t be far off in this category.

The 2018 class re-rank looks a lot better now for sure. 247 had us 54th but adding in Ezzard, Sims, and Allen pushes us up to the low 30s. Although I didn’t factor in attrition the other way.

Our secondary is going to be just stacked in the coming years. Our opponents might want to think about switching to some sort of flexbone system and just running the ball over and over again.

I dont care if you had champ bailey and Eric Barry in the secondary, if you don't have a d line that can create havoc, those guys will get shredded.
